The new Company is attached to the Partner via the partner-company mapping. Recommendations are unavailable until a PMS integration is connected or seed data is uploaded.
Fetch a single Company
The Partner must own the Company; otherwise a 404 is returned (the API never reveals a company the caller cannot access).
